Easy Licence assists with trade qualifications, skills assessments and licence applications. These terms explain the service scope, application responsibilities and your consumer rights. The written agreement sets out your specific service.
01The assistance we provide
Easy Licence focuses on building trades, assisting with RPL trade qualifications, TRA trade skills assessments and Queensland QBCC licence applications. Work may include checking the application direction, organising genuine evidence, preparing application documents and following up further-information requests, as appropriate to the case and written agreement.
We assist with application preparation and handling. The relevant bodies issue qualifications, determine skills assessment outcomes and grant licences.
02Different bodies make different decisions
A qualification, a skills assessment outcome and a licence are different documents and are not automatically interchangeable. The relevant body decides whether its requirements are met.
- RPL: the relevant registered training organisation (RTO) and its assessors assess competence against qualification requirements and issue authorised qualification documents. Experience alone does not guarantee a certificate; further evidence, assessment or training may be needed.
- TRA: TRA or an assessment provider authorised for the relevant programme assesses the application. Document assistance does not replace technical interviews, practical assessments or authenticity checks.
- QBCC: the Queensland Building and Construction Commission determines applications against licence class, type and other applicable conditions. A qualification or positive skills assessment is not a licence approval.
03Check the state or territory where you will work
Licensing depends on the work location, trade, work scope and business arrangements. QBCC licences cover relevant building work in Queensland. Work in another state or territory requires checking its local requirements.
Before working interstate, check the destination regulator’s licensing, registration and mutual recognition arrangements. Similar qualification or licence names do not establish permission to undertake work there.
04Formal services and application authority
Browsing, selecting a service or creating or downloading an enquiry summary does not appoint us to act or submit an application. The current summary tool does not send enquiries.
Before engaging a service, check the written agreement for the legal operator, target programme, scope, respective responsibilities, document delivery method and application authority. Review and confirm the application before submission.
05Genuine evidence and permission to provide it
Applicants must accurately describe experience, qualifications and circumstances, and review the final application. Organising evidence does not change the underlying facts or include fabricated employment records, borrowed credentials or taking an assessment that an applicant must complete personally.
Confirm permission and confidentiality requirements before sharing information about employers, referees, clients or others. Do not put identity documents, banking details or complete application records in the general enquiry question field.
06Website information and outcomes
Pages and guides explain services and general preparation. They are not an individual eligibility decision or tailored legal advice. Requirements, forms and procedures can change; check current rules for the relevant programme and jurisdiction before submission.
We do not promise qualifications without assessment, exemption from all training or testing, guaranteed success, guaranteed approval or fixed decision times. Independent bodies determine their processing and outcomes.
This website does not offer visa application representation or individual migration legal advice. Where an assessment has a visa purpose, check the visa requirements separately with an authorised professional or the responsible department.
07Your consumer rights
Neither this page nor a service agreement excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Where applicable, services must meet guarantees concerning due care and skill, fitness for purpose and reasonable performance time.
Independent assessment or approval does not remove Easy Licence’s legal responsibility for its own promises and services. Raise concerns about an actual service with the operator and contact identified in your service documents.
08Languages and updates
Chinese and English pages describe the same services. Clarify any difference before relying on it for an application. Translated guidance does not alter an authority’s requirements, and applicable law governs the interpretation of service documents.
